What is really great is that when we first got the ring the size was wrong. I used an online sizing chart and the ring was way too big. I sent the ring back to Perry Olsen Jewelry as intructed and incluuded the sizing chart so they could see what size ring I wanted. We received the ring back in 4 days..no problems..no hassle. That is excellent customer service. You don't really see that anymore. I am pleased all the way around!!!!!!!

Even the department store type rings were more expensive and the feel of the ring on the finger was very rough compared to the nice comfortable feel of this ring. An excellent product--very elegant!

It's has plenty of heft to it and the all high polish catches the light just right. It's a pretty wide bracelet too. However, after several months of wear, the clasp wouldn't "snap" into place anymore. I don't know if it was because of something I did or just normal wear and tear, but the clasp can be replaced easily.

I just have to say that I am very very pleased with Perry Olsen. Their customer service is wonderful. They answer the phone right away, and they are there for YOU. Before I purchased the ring, I was going back and forth between 2 different settings. I kept on changing my order and they were very patient with me. I ended up sending a bank wire and received an extra 20 % off my purchase. It was shipped overnight at no extra charge. They sent me a order number where I kept track on where my ring was at, from the diamond setter to my front door. It came in a beautiful blue velvet gift box. It took my breath away when I opened the box. The ring is so beautiful. I just got married last week and just had it sautered together. I am very very happy with Perry Olsen and their product. Next is to get the ring insured.

But when I got this gold ring I was pleasantly suprised, it is a good size and and appears very well made. The ring got comfor fit (that is a plus) and the finshed gold is nicely polished. I had to have it enlarged a bit, i'm a 9.5 and the resizing went well without loosening any of the shines.

It comes in a leather box. It looks exactly like other carbide bracelets that sell for a lot more. I see no difference in quality. The only downside, which may not be a downside for all, is that the bracelet is longer than most. I will have to have it sized, but it's well worth it for the price! An excellent product--very elegant!
