What is your warranty policy on the jewelry?
All wedding band jewelry products have a lifetime warranty. Perry Olsen guarantees that items we ship to you will be the quality, weight, size and style described herein. If any item you receive is not substantially the same as described, upon our receipt of the nonconforming item in new condition and accompanied by all documents we shipped to you with the item, at the option of Perry Olsen, Perry Olsen will either replace the item with an item that is substantially as described herein or refund all amounts you paid, including shipping and handling costs. How do I place an order?
When you're done shopping, click "checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout.

How can I be sure that I will receive my discount?
Any promotional discount or allowance will be applied during the checkout process. - We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 12 noon Pacific Time for next day delivery.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- United States Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?
We do not ship on the weekends or public holidays. Our shipping department packages orders on weekends, however as our Carriers do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders that have been packaged on those days will not be shipped until the following business day.

Yes. Upon checkout, you will be asked to enter billing address and shipping address. We only ship to the billing address currently. Please note that the billing address information has to match your credit card information in order to process the payment.

What is your return policy?
Perry Olsen provides a 90-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (support@perryolsen.com) or phone and we will immediately issue a return address with detail instruction. IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you:
- A 20% restocking fee is charged for returned items.
- Return the merchandise to us within 90 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Note! We are not responsible for loss of diamond stones
- You must include all packaging materials.
- You must pay for any return shipping expense.
- Display the order # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund
